WHAT IS BOOT CAMP?
Sentry Boot Camp consists of 9 weeks of virtual “classroom” training via video & workbook, followed by 6 months of in-the-field training where agents will be expected to close 3 transactions. New, inexperienced, or even agents seeking new growth may all apply to be Mentees. Mentors should have a solid track record of success as a real estate agent, coupled with experience in leading and a passion for educating.
HOW IT WORKS
Boot Camp is a full time program focusing on adding tools for success that they don’t teach you when getting your real estate license. Each mentee will be paired with a mentor and a class of other mentees. Their mentor will be a hands-on educator, and their class will be their community. Upon graduation, agents receive a completion certificate and are offered the opportunity to serve with Sentry as an independent agent. Each Mentor is expected to coach their mentees to success, keep them accountable, and expand their real estate fundamentals so that they have the tools to succeed in this difficult industry.
THE MENTEE
The Mentee is the student and the purpose of this program, tasks include:

Commit to the Sentry Boot Camp Program

Complete all required training modules and assignments

Attend all meetings and take recommended training courses

Track all activities

Have Mentor review all contracts and marketing materials

Follow all company guidelines for transaction management
THE MENTOR
The Mentor's role is to coach the Mentee to success, tasks include:

Facilitate Individual and Group Mentee meetings and trainings

Support the Mentees in all activities relative to agent training

Hold Mentee accountable to the programs' success

Report progress to Program Manager

Review all mentee contracts and marketing materials
