My husband and I just bought our first home here in San Diego County. Over the years we have purchased a total of four properties, so this definitely was not our first rodeo. We've had lots of experience with many different realtors over the years, but I can tell you beyond a shadow of a doubt that working with Sentry Residential has been the easiest and most positive experience we've ever had in real estate.
Everyone we came in contact with at the Sentry was just wonderful, and worked in such a timely manner to move the process along swiftly. We were in fact, even able to close a whole week earlier than anticipated! Our agent Ashley was so warm and accessible, and very patient with our ever changing requests. Even after we made an offer on a property, only to end up getting cold feet, she was completely understanding and accommodating to our decision. She gave sound advice throughout the process, and always maintained the perfect blend of personality, professionalism, and positive aggressiveness. I cannot say enough great things about our experience working with her!
This morning (two days after closing), we received the most lovely floral arrangement and beautiful box of chocolates from Mike and Ashley, thanking us for a great experience.
