If you are a top-performing agent that is willing to dedicate your time and resources to help new and inexperienced agents learn the ropes of Real Estate, then we invite you to apply to be a Boot Camp Mentor. Boot Camp is the ultimate opportunity to serve others under the Sentry flag while growing your personal income as well. It involves working closely with a mentee team to help each agent meet the goal of closing 3 transactions over the course of 6 months.
Mentors must be willing and able to commit a significant amount of time and be accessible to their Mentees.
Mentors must have proven success of real estate transactions over the last 3 years.
Mentors must be located in the same state as their mentees.
Mentors must have a natural ability to lead and coach their mentees to success.
BUILD YOUR BUSINESS
Serving others through Mentorship is an incredible way to build your real estate business. Boot Camp Mentors receive 25% of each mentee's first 3 transactions in the Boot Camp Program and are able to serve a team of up to 10 mentees. Mentors also have the ability to lead more than one class a year, opening the door to wealth generation while helping others succeed. Additionally, upon graduation, a Mentee may join your team or branch off as an independent agent. If you recruit your own Mentee/s remember you will also receive agent referral benefits.

VIRTUAL WEEKLY TRAINING
The first 9 weeks include pre-recorded modules and homework created by world-renowned National Real Estate trainer, Ginni Fields.
Each Mentor will be paired with up to 10 mentees and will coach each agent to success via weekly one-on-one meetings, role-play group calls, weekly check-ins, and more. Following the first 9 weeks, you will stay in touch with each mentee to make sure they are on track to meet their goals and build successful habits.
