Mike, born in Minnesota and raised in Texas, graduated from the US Naval Academy where he started as a linebacker on the football team. After graduation, Mike was commissioned as an Officer in the Marine Corps. After five years of service and multiple combat tours, he was awarded the Navy & Marine Corps Achievement Medal as well as the Navy & Marine Corps Commendation Medal. His service continues today with many community and charitable outreach programs. Mike started his real estate career prior to appearing on the television show Survivor where he made it to be one of the final 6 contestants. Most important to him is his lovely wife Molly, and their three adorable children. By putting service and education first, he has been blessed to support clients in over 600 home purchases and sales. Mike is a top 1% agent in the nation, serving buyers and sellers with a focus on quality of service and attention to detail.

Joseph grew up in a military household with his father as a flight surgeon with the USAF. Joseph learned much about duty, honor & service through long before starting his career with Fortune 50 company J&J. While being trained in management, Joseph earned his MBA at the NYU Stern School of Business. He began learning real estate while flipping investment homes. After transitioning into investment banking, Joseph felt led to start a full time real estate career and became licensed as a broker in 2007. Eventually this decision would lead to a great business partnership and the birth of Fathom Realty, where he served as President of the company for five years. Fathom would eventually become a five time Inc. 500 company and Joseph would help open 62 Fathom markets across the nation during his tenure. Joseph is a husband, father and author who is passionate about unlocking destiny and helping others step into their God given calling.
DANIEL DEVILLE - Co Founder & CEO

Daniel was blessed to grow up in a military family with military values. With his father a Vietnam Air Force Veteran, he understood from a young age the importance of hard work, and commitment to something bigger than himself. After his father's military service, he went into Real Estate, where he spent 35 years as an executive, eventually at Coldwell Banker. In his early career, Daniel launched or ran large consumer brands, some that you likely know. For a season, he dabbled as a leader in Global 100 and Fortune 500 companies before the start-up bug would bite again. Sentry Residential grew out of an immense passion for serving those who have served. This is a core part of the military-first real estate brokerage that Daniel owned with co-founder Mike Chiesl. In running one of the nation's top real estate teams together, they realized that military members and vets across the country deserved to be consistently protected and served in their real estate needs.
ANDY PIEDRA - VP of Agent Success

Andy comes to Sentry Residential after serving in the United States Air Force on active duty for eight years and a follow-on career as a Federal Employee for the Department of Defense for another decade. With multiple deployments to the Middle East and Central Asia, Andy returned and commenced a career in Real Estate in 2008. Andy is a graduate of Indiana University and the American Military University with a Bachelors in Business Management, an MBA and a MA in Slavic Languages. Andy bootstrapped his own brokerage, the Veterans Realty Group, in the Washington, D.C. area, which consisted primarily of Military Veteran and Spouse real estate agents, a clear mirror image to Sentry’s values and model, thus the two firms merged in early 2020. Andy Piedra is honored and excited to take on the responsibility of marching with a team of like-minded professionals to revolutionize the real estate experience for our military and their families.

Nicola Martinez joins Sentry as a seasoned project manager, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience in the customer experience industry. She has a history of community involvement and is excited to be a part of the nation's first military-focused real estate brokerage. Nicola's goal is to help agents thrive through creative programs and resources. As the Program Director and a licensed real estate agent, she will work closely with the Sentry Team to develop and share tools designed to help our brokers and agents succeed. When she's not helping her Sentry Family, she's spending time with family and friends and planning her next adventure.
Agent Success Director
Rita is a proud Navy spouse and mother of three. Rita has been working with Sentry since 2018 as their Agent Success Manager. She started out as an agent then decided to help with the growing needs of a startup company by becoming the transaction and compliance manager for the CA branches. As Sentry grew, Rita began managing the onboarding process for all future Sentry Brokers and agents. She is your point of contact when you have questions regarding Backagent, funding requests, commission plans, and capping status. Rita prides herself on being easily accessible to all agents and brokers during their business hours whether they are in Hawaii or Florida.
